WHAT TYPES OF AUCTIONS DO YOU NORMALLY USE?

WITHOUT RESERVE PRICE

There is no minimum selling price. The property will be sold to the highest bidder. This is the most powerful type as it usually attracts more potential buyers to participate, adding more competition to the auction.

WITH RESERVE PRICE

The bid must meet or exceed a predetermined reserve price before the property is sold. Once the bidding reaches or exceeds this amount, the property will be sold to the highest bidder.
